molto in merito a quanto piu volte abbiamo discusso e ancora
stiamo discutendo in questo salotto.
Jay , cosi come molti altri famosi astroimager americani,

Hi Guys:
Here in the United States, the last Thursday of November is a day for
reflection and gratitude. So, it occurred to me, that I have many
thanks to give. I extend my appreciation to each of you and your
unselfish donation of resources, time and skill poured affectionately
into each deep space image. Each picture you produce uncovers new
mysteries, touches my sense of wonder and stirs my imagination. While
no single image may reveal the whole truth, the truth becomes
apparent when your works are considered as a whole. Like a choir, each
voice combines and forms a poignant harmony with the stars. Each one
of you therefore adds important information to the equation and
together, in the tradition of other volunteers, enrich the world at
large and me, especially so!
So, now, please permit me to share something with you as a further
token of my well wishes...
Like a great galactic battleship bristling with artillery, my latest
subject cruised into view on sky patrol last month. I've always had a
fascination with things that are nautical by nature, and was struck
that I could even see this lead ship of the southern fleet. So, if
you have moment, please come dockside and take a quick look- oh yes,
and Welcome Aboard!

If you are interested, here's a better look at the ship's engine room,
too.

Thank you, again, from your Greatest Fan(!), Happy Thanksgiving and if
Thursday is just another day, have a wonderful rest of the week!
Jay
